The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, budget, and timelines.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.</li><li>Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.</li><li>Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.</li><li>Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.</li><li>Manage communication and coordination between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.</li><li>Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance and implementing lessons learned.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in an international environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMI).</li><li>Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English; knowledge of French or German is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar software.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li>Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.</li><li>Experience managing cross-border projects or international teams.</li><li>Knowledge of local Swiss regulations and business practices. </li></ul><p><br/></p> </div>
