This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong hands-on experience across programmatic and paid social who can confidently own campaign delivery from planning through to optimisation and reporting.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>You will be responsible for developing and executing high-performing digital campaigns across programmatic, social, and search channels.</p><p>The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, combining strategic thinking with strong in-platform execution to drive brand awareness, engagement, and performance.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></p><p>• Leading end-to-end digital campaign management across programmatic, social, search, and e-retailer platforms</p><p> • Developing media strategies and recommendations aligned to business objectives and audience insights</p><p> • Planning, executing, and optimising campaigns to achieve key performance metrics</p><p> • Monitoring campaign performance, analysing data, and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement</p><p> • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns</p><p> • Presenting performance results and leading campaign review sessions with stakeholders</p><p> • Staying up to date with industry trends, platform developments, and testing opportunities</p><p> • Sharing learnings, case studies, and best practices across wider teams</p><p> • Supporting and guiding junior team members, ensuring high-quality output</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>You – Skills &amp; Experience:</strong></p><p>• Proven experience in digital media, with a strong focus on programmatic and/or paid social (minimum 5 years in-platform experience)</p><p> • Hands-on experience with platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, or similar</p><p> • Strong understanding of ad tech and measurement platforms (e.g. CM360, GA4, DoubleVerify)</p><p> • Experience managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously</p><p> • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights</p><p> • Excellent communication and presentation skills</p><p> • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members is a necessity</p> </div>
