<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> Become part of our SWARCO team as<br/><br/><strong>Product Owner Traffic Domain (m/f/d)<br/><br/></strong><strong>Company Description<br/><br/></strong>SWARCO is a growing international group with over 5000 employees on all continents.<br/><br/>This position is available in both Berlin, Germany, and Bucharest, Romania.<br/><br/><strong>Challenge<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Lead refinement sessions and sprint planning together with the development team</li><li>Own and define requirements, epics, and user stories with a strong product mindset</li><li>Manage and align with stakeholders across domains (e.g. sales, productmanagement, partners)</li><li>Evaluate and structure incoming requirements, balancing business needs and product vision</li><li>Set and continuously adjust team priorities in line with strategic goals</li><li>Confidently handle mid-sprint changes while maintaining delivery stability</li><li>Take ownership of release planning and communicate timelines transparently</li><li>Provide clear and structured updates to senior management and stakeholders</li><li>Highlight achievements, risks, and trade-offs to ensure transparency and informed decisions</li><li>Collaborate closely with QA to define test scenarios and ensure customer sign-off</li><li>Ensure high-quality, consistent, and understandable product documentation</li><li>Actively incorporate user feedback into product decisions and roadmap planning</li><li>Co-lead the team together with the Team Lead in a close and collaborative setup<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Profile<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a comparable role</li><li>Knowledge in Traffic Domain or strong interest in mobility, traffic systems, smart cities, or similar environments</li><li>A bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent</li><li>Strong understanding of Agile principles and hands-on experience managing backlogs and sprints</li><li>Product mindset: You take ownership beyond “just PO tasks” and avoid silo thinking</li><li>Experience working in complex software environments (ideally cloud-based systems)</li><li>Solid technical understanding and affinity (no deep engineering expertise required)</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across different levels and regions</li><li>Ability to translate complex, regional requirements into clear and actionable product features</li><li>Assertiveness and strong argumentation skills when prioritizing and making decisions</li><li>Clear customer and user focus in all product decisions</li><li>Proven team player with a collaborative and proactive mindset</li><li>Experience with Jira and Confluence</li><li>Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a plus, other languages are appreciated<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>A strong team spirit and strong cohesion - confirmed by the last employee survey.
