This role focuses on defining and executing the product roadmap for AI training platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. The position involves collaborating with global stakeholders and development teams to shape how next-generation AI models learn, reason, and perform. No prior experience in AI is required—domain expertise is the key driver for success in this role.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Define and execute the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams to align with business objectives.</p><p>• Gather and prioritize customer requirements to ensure product features deliver measurable value.</p><p>• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of product features from ideation through launch, iteration, and retirement.</p><p>• Facilitate agile product development processes using tools such as Jira and Linear to maintain sprint velocity and transparency.</p><p>• Lead cross-functional leadership to align engineering, design, and business teams around product goals.</p><p>• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.</p><p>• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate product vision and progress through written and verbal updates.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><p>• Experience defining and executing product roadmaps with demonstrated ownership of feature development from ideation to launch.</p><p>• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and prioritize customer requirements in fast-paced environments.</p><p>• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Linear).</p><p>• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.</p><p>• Experience managing cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, and business functions.</p><p>• Background in SaaS product lifecycle management and product analytics.</p><p>• Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.</p><p>• Remote collaboration skills with the capacity to work effectively across time zones and cultures.</p><p>• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to evaluate product performance and iterate on features.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>More About the Opportunity:</strong></p><p>This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of frontier AI models by working with a platform that connects domain experts to AI training and evaluation.
