You will work closely with experienced product leaders, architects, R&amp;D, customer application support, marketing, and customers to define products that solve real market problems and create differentiated value.<br/><br/>This is an excellent opportunity for a high-potential engineer, system architect, application engineer, or product manager who wants to move closer to product strategy, customer needs, roadmap definition, and business impact.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities<br/><br/>Product Strategy, Definition &amp; Lifecycle<br/><br/><ul><li> Help define next-generation NFC wallet, eSE, and eUICC product requirements based on customer needs, market trends, ecosystem requirements, and technical feasibility.</li><li> Translate customer, system, RF, hardware, firmware, software, and security requirements into clear product features and priorities.</li><li> Work with system architects, senior product managers, and R&amp;D teams to develop product specifications and make informed trade-off decisions.</li><li> Participate across the full product lifecycle, from early concept and definition through development, validation, launch, ramp-up, and lifecycle management.</li><li> Build a strong understanding of product economics, differentiation, positioning, and value creation.<br/><br/></li></ul>Roadmap, Innovation &amp; Differentiation<br/><br/><ul><li> Contribute to roadmap definition for secure mobile wallet, NFC, eSE, and eUICC solutions.</li><li> Identify opportunities for new features, improved performance, better integration, and stronger customer differentiation.</li><li> Bring fresh thinking from hardware, RF, embedded systems, security, mobile, or customer applications.</li><li> Challenge assumptions and help the team identify better technical and commercial paths.</li><li> Track market, technology, standards, and competitive developments that may influence future products.<br/><br/></li></ul>Customer, Ecosystem &amp; Use Case Understanding<br/><br/><ul><li> Support and participate in customer discussions to understand technical requirements, use cases, integration challenges, and decision criteria.</li><li> Convert customer feedback into actionable product insights.</li><li> Help define use cases and value propositions for mobile wallet, secure element, eUICC, NFC, and secure transaction applications.</li><li> Develop a strong understanding of ecosystem stakeholders, including device OEMs, mobile platforms, service providers, payment and identity ecosystems, and technology partners.<br/><br/></li></ul>Cross-Functional Product Execution<br/><br/><ul><li> Act as a bridge between product management, R&amp;D, system architecture, customer application support, marketing, and customer-facing teams.</li><li> Support feature prioritization and development planning based on technical complexity, customer value, business impact, and roadmap alignment.</li><li> Help align product features with customer enablement needs, demos, application notes, documentation, and go-to-market materials.</li><li> Contribute to datasheet content, product documentation, customer presentations, and technical positioning materials.<br/><br/></li></ul>Market &amp; Competitive Insight<br/><br/><ul><li> Contribute to competitive analysis and market research in NFC, secure element, eUICC, mobile wallet, and secure transaction markets.</li><li> Identify product gaps, differentiation opportunities, and emerging customer needs.</li><li> Help convert technical differentiation into clear customer-facing value.<br/><br/></li></ul>Your Profile<br/><br/><strong>Experience<br/><br/></strong><ul><li> Hardware design, RF engineering, NFC/contactless systems, embedded systems, or secure semiconductor products.</li><li> System engineering, application engineering, customer technical support, solution architecture, or technical marketing.</li><li> Early product management, product ownership, platform definition, or customer-facing technical roles in semiconductors, mobile, payments, connectivity, IoT, or secure embedded systems.<br/><br/></li></ul>Prior formal product management experience is valuable but not required. We are more interested in your ability to combine technical depth, customer curiosity, structured thinking, and ownership mindset.<br/><br/>Technical Background<br/><br/><ul><li> Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, RF, Microelectronics, or a related technical field.</li><li> Strong understanding of hardware, RF, embedded systems, or system-level product development.</li><li> Experience or strong interest in NFC/contactless systems, RF design or antenna systems, embedded secure elements, eSIM/eUICC, mobile wallet architectures, secure transactions, semiconductor product development, secure identity, or payment ecosystems.</li><li> Hardware and RF design experience is especially valuable.<br/><br/></li></ul>Skills &amp; Mindset<br/><br/>We are looking for someone with the potential to become a strong product leader.
