In this role, you bring the team's product-related topics together in one place.<br/><br/><strong>Responsibilities<br/><br/></strong><em>Release, Launch &amp; Customer Enablement<br/><br/></em><ul><li>You maintain a complete, up-to-date overview of the L-Type product portfolio</li><li>You own release and ongoing maintenance of the L-Type products</li><li>You create release notes and changelogs, and communicate product updates internally as well as to customers</li><li>You prepare product launches and coordinate their execution</li><li>You provide CAD, STEP, and PCB files for Customer Support and customers</li><li>You independently recognize where product-related materials are missing or outdated, create them, and hand them over to Marketing for final implementation<br/><br/></li></ul><em>Market &amp; Customers<br/><br/></em><ul><li>You build and maintain the market overview: competitors, market development, positioning</li><li>You develop market analyses and identify relevant trends</li><li>You conduct customer interviews to validate requirements and product decisions</li><li>You consolidate feedback from Sales and Customer Support for the L-Type team<br/><br/></li></ul><em>Roadmap &amp; Prioritization<br/><br/></em><ul><li>You own the product roadmap for the L-Type Rapid product portfolio and communicate the roadmap transparently to all relevant stakeholders</li><li>You prioritize development initiatives based on market and customer data</li><li>You create and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for development initiatives of the L-Type team, and ensure the maintenance and further development of PM-specific templates, processes, and tools within the L-Type team</li><li>You assess new product ideas for commercial feasibility: market sizing, costs, R&amp;D effort<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>You hold a Master's degree or PhD in a technical or scientific field (e.g. physics, engineering, industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification</li><li>You bring 3–5 years of professional experience in product management or a comparable interface role between technology and market</li><li>You have experience in a technically-oriented environment, ideally in low-temperature physics or applied quantum technology</li><li>You have a genuine interest in technical depth and respect for the team's engineering work</li><li>You have a strong ability to mediate between technical teams, customers, and sales, and to communicate complex topics clearly</li><li>You enjoy communication and marketing, particularly preparing content for customers and a broad audience, ideally with some initial experience in this area</li><li>You work independently and in a structured way, with initiative, even without fully established processes</li><li>You are fluent in English; you are based on-site in Munich (German language skills are a plus)<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>You will enjoy flexibility with options for remote work and flexible working hours</li><li>You will experience an open-minded, appreciative startup atmosphere with flat hierarchies and an open-door policy</li><li>You will work with a great team in a fast-growing deep-tech company</li><li>You can expect regular performance reviews and long-term job prospects</li><li>You can look forward to 30 vacation days per year</li><li>You will have the chance to participate in valuable employee surveys</li><li>You will work in a comfortable, bright and modern office with ergonomic equipment in compliance with health requirements</li><li>You can benefit from “The Coolest Connection”, our employee referral program</li><li>You will have the opportunity to get to know your team members better at our teambuilding events, Christmas parties, and other group events</li><li>You will have free cold and hot drinks, snacks, and fruit at your disposal</li><li>You can benefit from our company's pension plan, our bicycle leasing program (Jobrad), and contribution for the Deutschland-Ticket Jobticket <br/><br/></li></ul>Interested?
