Now it is time for Germany. </p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Job Responsibilities</p><p><strong>Product Planning for the European Market</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for the planning and development of logistics service products for the European market.</li><li>Develop product processes that comply with local regulations and business practices by deeply integrating European market characteristics and customer needs.</li></ul><p><strong>Local Resource Coordination</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate cross-functional resources between European local teams and domestic teams.</li><li>Drive product system development, testing, and launch plans to ensure timely and high-quality implementation in the European market.</li></ul><p><strong>Product Operations Management in Europe</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the execution and deployment of products in the European market.</li><li>Be responsible for pricing strategy development, authorization management, and localization adaptation to ensure compliance with European market standards and regulations.</li></ul><p><strong>Localized Data Monitoring and Optimization</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor product performance and operational data in the European market.</li><li>Respond promptly to customer feedback and daily operational issues, continuously optimizing the product experience and maintaining market competitiveness.</li><li>Closely track logistics market trends, policy developments, and competitive dynamics across Europe.</li><li>Identify local customer needs and initiate product enhancement and optimization projects.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Job Requirements</p><p><strong>Educational Background</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Product Management, </li></ul><p><strong>Language Skills</strong></p><ul><li>German and English are required as working languages.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Work Authorization</strong></p><ul><li>Must hold a valid local work visa or work permit.</li></ul><p><strong>Professional Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Relevant experience in the logistics, express delivery, or supply chain industry.</li><li>Experience in logistics product design or operations within the European market is preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Localization Expertise</strong></p><ul><li>Strong understanding of European market characteristics and business environments.</li><li>Deep knowledge of local customer needs and logistics industry regulations and practices.</li><li>Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Strong business acumen and market sensitivity.</li><li>Proactive, self-motivated.</li><li>Possesses a customer-centric mindset, commercial awareness, and strong local customer service orientation.</li></ul><p></p> </div>
