<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>Are you a Product Manager who thrives on improving customer activation, growth, and retention through data-driven decision making?</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Location: Fully Remote (Europe)</strong></p><p><strong>Salary: €70,000 - €75,000 base salary</strong></p><p><strong>Languages: Fluent German and English required</strong></p><p><strong>Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>Our client is a profitable and fast-growing European technology business that is transforming a traditional manufacturing industry through a digital marketplace platform.</p><p>They are now looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of a key customer-facing product area, driving improvements across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and overall customer experience.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Own a product area end-to-end, from discovery and strategy through to delivery and optimisation.</li><li>Identify customer pain points and growth opportunities through data, customer feedback, and market insights.</li><li>Drive initiatives focused on activation, engagement, retention, and customer success.</li><li>Define requirements, prioritise product initiatives, and work closely with Engineering and Design teams.</li><li>Monitor product performance and use data to continuously improve customer and business outcomes.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years' experience in Product Management within a software, SaaS, marketplace, or digital platform environment.</li><li>Fluent German and English communication skills are essential.</li><li>Experience working on customer-facing products, ideally with exposure to onboarding, growth, activation, retention, or customer success.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.</li><li>Familiarity with SQL and product analytics tools is highly desirable.</li><li>Proactive, curious, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What's on Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Fully remote role within Europe.</li><li>Flexible working environment with a high degree of autonomy.</li><li>Opportunity to join a growing, profitable technology business with strong market traction.</li><li>International team and genuine ownership of a key product domain.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for a Product Manager who enjoys combining customer insight, data, and product strategy to create meaningful business impact.</p> </div>
