<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <strong>HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Key player in the definition of the product marketing strategy of the Maison, the Product Manager actively collaborates to elaborate the strategy and the structure of the collection.</li><li>Monitor the development of product novelties and ensure the coordination and the right level of information with all stakeholders (Project, Supply Chain, Communication, International Sales, and Markets) to successfully achieve the objectives of turnover, profitability and launch dates of new products.</li><li>Develop the marketing & communication activation of each campaign which he/she is in charge in close collaboration with the creative and communication team.</li><li>Sponsor the 5 years plan by monitoring the targeted turnover, quantity, margin and average price to provide the Brand with a safe strategy.</li><li>Follow up of collection performances of which he/she is responsible, supported by the KPIs and analysis provided by the Marketing Business Analyst.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Key Responsibilities<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Participate in the development strategy of the collection he/she is in charge of</li><ul><li>Competitors and market trends analysis as well as trends in related sectors.</li><li>Definition of marketing strategy for new product lines and corresponding marketing plan.</li><li>Definition of new products in the existing lines and redaction of marketing briefs.<br/><br/></li></ul></ul><ul><li>Coordinate the product development of his/her collections</li><ul><li>Provide briefs and follow-up with the Designers until the validation of drawings.</li><li>Monitor and check the industrial development from the prototyping to the effective launch of the commercial piece.<br/><br/></li></ul></ul><ul><li>Manage his/her collections:</li><ul><li>Ensure the follow-up of the collections with the Marketing Business Analyst: analyze monthly performances of existing collections, follow-up the product allocation with the International Sales Management, follow-up the stock and stock cover with Jaeger-LeCoultre Operations team (Supply Chain) as well as the product life cycle within the collections.</li><li>Being responsible of product information inputs on Octopus (Intranet) and ensure the exactness of its content.<br/><br/></li></ul></ul><ul><li>Coordinate products launches</li><ul><li>Create and follow-up of the complete 360° of communication / media / digital / crm related tools and make sure of their implementation.</li><li>Participate to Communication/Press Relations/Training briefs.</li><li>In charge of writing the Product News and ID Cards, sales documents of reference when launching a new product.</li><li>Ensure the suitability of pre-defined product environment (certificates, boxes, instructions for use) to the collection and its evolution.</li><li>Manage issues related to Intellectual Property with the Legal Department (names, materials, patents, etc.).<br/><br/></li></ul></ul><ul><li>Coordinate and follow the markets on his/her collections</li><ul><li>Introduce and sponsor the new collections, internally and to an external audience (journalists during Watches&Wonders and other events).</li><li>Regular follow-up of the action plan set for the implementation of his/her collections on the markets.<br/><br/></li></ul></ul><ul><li>Manage transversal projects</li><ul><li>To be defined<br/></li></ul></ul><strong>WHAT ABOUT YOU?<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>University or Business Schools (Hautes Ecoles) education</li><li>You are proficient on Microsoft office pack and have on PowerPoint</li><li>You are fluent in French and English</li><li>Team-spirited and relational qualities</li><li>Ability to work with other departments </li><li>Pronounced feeling for luxury or watch industry</li><li>Strong team player, analytic thinker, organized and detail-oriented<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>WHY JOINING US?<br/><br/></strong>You are our best asset.
