You will own a mission-critical platform that enables fintech companies, brands, and financial institutions to embed banking services into their products without building their own core banking systems. partner-focused priorities, and ensure the platform evolves in line with our North Star: <strong>sustainable growth in active BaaS partners and transaction volumes through the BaaS CPO<br/><br/><strong>Location: Cyprus — Onsite (employment contract with relocation support)<br/><br/></strong><strong>What will you do: <br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Own and evolve the BaaS platform roadmap (3, 6, and 12-month horizons) with a focus on partner adoption, integration ease, and revenue growth</li><li>Define product direction aligned with the company North Star (30% growth in active BaaS partners)</li><li>Build and scale the BaaS API and partner ecosystem to support partner growth and transaction volumes</li><li>Design and own the partner onboarding experience — from API documentation to SDKs, sandbox environments, and integration support</li><li>Identify technical bottlenecks in partner integration flows and reduce friction (time-to-integrate, complexity, support burden)</li><li>Work closely with Engineering to understand multi-tenant architecture, scaling constraints, and integration capabilities</li><li>Translate partner feedback and market opportunities into structured product initiatives and roadmap priorities</li><li>Drive discovery, API documentation, and architectural alignment with partner success teams</li><li>Ensure sustainable, scalable solutions that generate revenue and improve partner lifetime value</li><li>Be accountable for partner satisfaction metrics, integration success rates, and BaaS channel revenue</li><li>Collaborate closely with Delivery Manager and Engineering Lead to ensure roadmap execution and SLA compliance</li><li>Align internal stakeholders (Sales, Compliance, Operations, Finance) on partner-facing capabilities and commercial models</li><li>Organize monthly partner reviews and internal product reviews to communicate direction, partner feedback, and decisions</li><li>Evaluate third-party integrations and partnerships when needed (payment processors, KYC/AML providers, etc.)</li><li>Own the expansion of API-first banking capabilities (accounts, cards, payments, compliance tools) for partner consumption</li><li>Support partner success through technical enablement, documentation, and community engagement<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>What we need: <br/><br/></strong><ul><li>5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in BaaS, API platforms, or fintech environments</li><li>Strong experience with Banking-as-a-Service or API-first financial platforms — understanding of multi-tenant architecture, partner ecosystems, and integration complexity</li><li>Technical depth in system architecture, APIs, integrations, and scalability — ability to discuss technical trade-offs and constraints with engineers</li><li>Experience managing partner-facing products or platforms — understanding of partner lifecycle, onboarding, and success metrics</li><li>Strong data-driven mindset and analytical skills — ability to measure partner adoption, integration success, and revenue impact</li><li>Experience building and managing structured roadmaps aligned to business outcomes and partner needs</li><li>Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments and coordinating cross-functional delivery</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — ability to align internal teams, partners, and executives on priorities and trade-offs</li><li>Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in fintech/banking environments (KYC,
