Since 2017 we have built the backbone of European e-commerce logistics: warehousing, packing, shipping and returns for online shops. We did it basically bootstrapped (500K Funding), in a market where competitors burned 200+ million in VC money. Today we are 250+ people and generate over €50M in revenue, Germany's 4th fastest-growing company of our size, profitable, and still accelerating.

We are looking for a Product Manager to turn customer problems into products and processes that make us faster, leaner, and harder to compete with.

What You'll actually Do

You sit close to the customer and close to the data, and you use both to decide what we build next. You take an idea from "customers keep hitting this wall" to "we shipped it and the numbers moved."

A few examples of what that looks like:

Run your own customer interviews and calls, understand the real problem, and present solutions directly to the customer instead of through three layers of handoff.

Turn customer feedback and our company strategy into product and process innovations, then drive them to launch, with the goal of raising efficiency, cutting cost, and driving growth.

Analyze existing and in-development products and processes, and improve them continuously on efficiency and quality.

Dig deep into unfamiliar topics fast, run solid analyses on input from our Data Analytics team, and let the data decide.

Steer the performance of your products and processes against clear KPIs, and pull feedback from internal and external stakeholders on a regular cadence.

Plan, run, and control your own projects (e.g. via OKRs), working hand in hand with software engineering and other teams to actually ship.

Who you are

You move before you have permission to. You take a messy problem, turn it into a plan, and drive it forward until the numbers move.

You think in systems and in KPIs. You are at home with data, you make decisions on analysis rather than gut feel, and "I shipped it" only counts when the metric confirms it.

You get close to the customer. You want to understand people before you build for them, and you can hold your own in a room with them.

You are a strong communicator who works independently but keeps the team in the loop, from software engineering to cross-functional partners.

You take ownership and push things forward proactively, without waiting to be asked.

What success looks like:

In your first months: you have owned at least one product or process end-to-end, from customer problem to shipped solution, with a KPI that proves it worked.

After that: leadership trusts you with the product bets they cannot get to do themselves, because they know you close the loop.

Hard Requirements

2 to 4 years in product management or a comparable role, ideally in e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS. A completed degree or equivalent.

AI-native. You use AI to work faster and sharper, not as a buzzword. You have actually built things with LLMs and automation tools. Coding is a plus.

Structured and data oriented. Deep Excel/Google Sheets skills are a given; SQL is a plus.

Based in the region of Limburg (including Frankfurt, Mainz and Koblenz). The future office will be located in Limburg, 3+ days in the office per week are preferred.

Willing to travel occasionally to our sites in Erfurt and Stettin (Poland) to implement and optimize new products and processes on the ground.

Experience with project management methods (OKRs, agile frameworks) is a plus.

Fluent in English spoken and written. Fluent in German is a plus.

Genuine interest in logistics and e-commerce.

The Boring but Good Stuff

Attractive, market-rate salary plus a strong bonus system.

VSOP: we share the company's success and growth with you.

Modern kit from day one (Apple or Windows, plus extra devices as needed).

27 days of vacation plus three extra days off (Dec 24th, Dec 31st, and your birthday).

MOBIKO mobility subsidy of €40/month for public transport, gas, bike, e-scooter, taxi/uber and more.

Egym/Wellpass membership.

Regular team events, summer and Christmas parties.

An ambitious, international team with real cohesion, an honest, down-to-earth culture, a fair error culture, and short decision paths.

Why this Role is Rare

You report into founders who have done it before. Our Co-CEOs are experienced C-level operators and have already founded numerous companies. You get real ownership from week one, in a company that is already winning: 300+ brands trust us, generating over €1 billion in sales. Our Zenrush delivery forecasting drives +24% conversion growth and +19% cost savings for our customers. You get a visible role in building and shaping how we do product and process, with real room to leave your mark.

How we Hire

Intro call with our Founder Associate to align on background and fit

Extensive Interview with the Directors of Product and Account Management

A final Interview with one of our Co-CEOs

Reference calls

A Final Offer Call with our Head of HR
