identifying customer problems, validating solutions, collaborating with engineers and designers, and driving products from idea through to launch.</p><p>You'll have significant ownership from day one and play a key role in helping shape the next generation of AI-powered workflows.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></p><p><strong>Product Discovery &amp; Customer Research</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct customer interviews and discovery sessions</li><li>Deeply understand customer workflows, pain points and operational challenges</li><li>Translate customer insights into product opportunities</li><li>Validate assumptions before development begins</li></ul><p><strong>Product Strategy &amp; Prioritisation</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with founders to define product priorities</li><li>Evaluate opportunities based on customer impact and business value</li><li>Contribute to product strategy and roadmap decisions</li><li>Balance immediate customer needs with long-term product vision</li></ul><p><strong>Product Delivery</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams</li><li>Define product requirements and acceptance criteria</li><li>Drive initiatives from concept through to launch</li><li>Ensure alignment across stakeholders and teams</li></ul><p><strong>AI-Native Product Development</strong></p><ul><li>Identify opportunities where AI can automate workflows and improve user experiences</li><li>Collaborate on AI-powered features, automation tools and agentic systems</li><li>Define success metrics and evaluate outcomes</li><li>Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, decision-making and execution</li></ul><p><strong>Analytics &amp;
