CJ Foods continues to expand internationally, offering employees opportunities to contribute to a growing global life culture company.</p><p><strong>Role Description</strong> This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in the Frankfurt Area, Germany. The Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of bibigo products in Europe, from market analysis and concept development through launch, performance tracking, and optimization. Responsibilities include conducting consumer and competitor research, defining product requirements, coordinating packaging and localization, and managing pricing and positioning strategies. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, supply chain, and quality to ensure timely launches, demand planning accuracy, and regulatory compliance. The Product Manager will monitor KPIs, analyze category performance, identify growth opportunities, and support brand-building initiatives aligned with bibigo’s global strategy.</p><p><strong>Your Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><p>- Establishing mid- and long-term strategies and plans for a designated category</p><p>- Developing and implementing strategies that resonate with the target market and customers</p><p>- Analyzing competitors and consumer insights to provide clear product direction</p><p>- Leading new product launching projects from the laboratory to the market aligning with related value chains such as Global CJ (HQ, APAC-EU), R&amp;D, Sales, QM, SCM, Procurement, Production, etc.</p><p>- Executing the launching process: creating the product concept, pricing, consumer test, artwork, design review, product specification checks, and volume estimation as a category leader</p><p>- Building and examining category portfolio and profitability</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><p>- A strong passion for foods (especially Asian Cuisine) or the FMCG industry</p><p>- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</p><p>- A Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in FMCG industry)</p><p>- Ideally, a good understanding of the retail business</p><p>- Ability to thrive in fast-moving internal and external environment</p><p>- Fluency in Korean / English (proficiency in additional European language is preferred)</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Our Benefits</strong></p><p><strong>Working culture</strong>: an excellent international working environment with flexible working hours and various Korean ready-meal products for lunch</p><p><strong>Learning and development</strong>: 1,000 € of annual training funds to enhance your competency</p><p><br/></p><p>We value diversity and therefore welcome all applications, irrespective of gender, disability, nationality, ethnic and social background, religion and beliefs, age or sexual orientation and identity.</p> </div>
