Define our roadmap and prioritize and de-prioritize features in close collaboration with our success-team, clients, and sales-team.</p><br/>Aufgaben<br/><ul><br/><li>Manage our roadmap for two or three products all on your own.</li><br/><li>Own product development completely.</li><br/><li>Directly solve client issues without waiting for others to jump in.</li><br/><li>You're a strategic partner who helps clients get the most out of Chatarmin to drive real, measurable success in their business.</li><br/><li>Get your hands dirty in operations and feedback loops with sales, success and dev, to improve the product.</li><br/></ul><br/>Qualifikation<br/><ul><br/><li>You are smart and curious and humble.</li><br/><li>You have a good understanding of how API calls and webhooks work and can read and understand JSON and API documentation. In addition, you have practical experience in how to prompt LLMs correctly.</li><br/><li>You enjoy engaging directly with customers and take pride in resolving issues efficiently..</li><br/><li>High stress resistance: You don’t panic when things go sideways.</li><br/><li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li><br/><li>Self-managed, disciplined, proactive.</li><br/><li>Genuine interest in tech, startups, and building something meaningful.</li><br/><li>Preverably living Vienna.
