<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>As a Product Line Manager (m/f/d) at Nova, you are responsible for the strategic and operational success of your product line across the entire lifecycle.</strong> You drive product development, manage milestones and costs, and ensure timely delivery of prototypes and production‑ready solutions in close collaboration with Engineering, R&amp;D, Operations, and Marketing.</p><p>With a strong understanding of customer requirements and semiconductor market dynamics, you ensure manufacturability, cost optimisation, and the long‑term competitiveness of the product line.</p><p><strong>Join our team now!</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Role</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li><strong>Program &amp; milestone management:</strong> Define and execute cross‑functional development plans, secure resource commitments, and ensure on‑time delivery of development milestones from Gate 3 to Gate 4.5 as Core Manager, including prototype builds and workstation readiness for validation and customer qualification.</li><li><strong>Cost &amp; financial control:</strong> Own project and product cost tracking, including development budgets, BOM, and COGS, ensuring cost transparency and alignment with margin targets in a high‑volume, cost‑sensitive semiconductor environment.</li><li><strong>Requirements &amp; specification ownership:</strong> Lead the transformation of marketing, customer, and Advanced Technology inputs into a clear and aligned requirements specification; reconcile requirements with stakeholders and ensure strict compliance throughout development and industrialisation.</li><li><strong>Product line continuity &amp; technology alignment:</strong> Act as PLM Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) Manager to ensure long‑term product viability through technology road‑map alignment, lifecycle management, and continuous optimisation of cost, performance, and scalability.</li><li><strong>Manufacturability &amp; operational excellence:</strong> Drive Design‑for‑Manufacturing and Design‑for‑Assembly initiatives, improve yield and manufacturability, reduce product line complexity and variance, and support efficient ramp‑up in collaboration with Operations, Supplier Management, and Engineering.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> Completed technical or scientific master’s degree (or higher), e.g. in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a comparable discipline.</li><li><strong>Professional experience:</strong> Minimum of <strong>5 years of relevant professional experience</strong>, ideally within the <strong>semiconductor industry</strong> or a closely related high‑tech manufacturing environment.</li><li><strong>Project management expertise:</strong> Strong knowledge and practical experience in project and program management within complex, cross‑functional development organisations.</li><li><strong>Language skills:</strong> Business‑fluent German and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders.</li><li><strong>Technical &amp; tool competence:</strong> Solid understanding of the manufacturing and maintenance of semiconductor equipment, combined with advanced MS Office knowledge—especially MS Project—and experience with tools such as JIRA.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Our Benefits</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>We offer you financial security with a market‑competitive salary that is reviewed annually.
