Having a healthy financial basis, we continue to expand our personnel organization and offer attractive positions at several European sites.</p><br/>Tasks<br/><p><strong>Your Business and Area of Responsibility</strong></p><br/><ul><br/><li><strong>As part of our Product Management Team, you will act as a key interface between suppliers, sales, and the market; contributing to the development; with a focus on performance &amp; specialty chemicals for CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants &amp; Elastomers)</strong>.</li><br/><li>Handling customer inquiries and providing competitive offers through your colleagues in Sales.</li><br/><li>Defining pricing frameworks and supporting the achievement of sales targets through proactive commercial planning.</li><br/><li>Building and maintaining strong relationsships with international manufacturing partners, including negotation of purchasing conditions, and securing availability of products.</li><br/><li>Own sales activities with selected customers.</li><br/><li>Mutual P&amp;L responsibility within your team for your product range with a clear focus on profitable growth.</li><br/><li>Monitoring volatile petrochemical markets, gathering and analyzing market intelligence from multiple sources, preparing of market reports for suppliers and guidance of your colleagues in Sales with up-to-date information.</li><br/><li>Occasional travel activities to suppliers and selected key customers.</li><br/></ul><br/>Requirements<br/><p><strong>Your Profile &amp; Talents</strong></p><br/><p><strong>You are looking for a chance to grow in international business and to work in a company where performance, initiatives, teamwork as well as loyalty are rewarded!</strong></p><br/><ul><br/><li>Professional experience in industries such as <strong>coatings</strong>, <strong>construction chemicals,</strong> <strong>adhesives</strong>, <strong>elastomers or related sectors</strong>, combined with solid product knowledge in areas such as <strong>amines</strong>, <strong>epoxy resins</strong>, <strong>reactive diluents</strong>, <strong>curing agents</strong>, <strong>UV monomers</strong>, <strong>cellulose ethers</strong>, <strong>catalysts</strong>, <strong>or similar chemical product groups</strong>.</li><br/><li>You have a commercial or technical (preferably chemical) education and have been working 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in specialty chemicals / chemical distribution.</li><br/><li>You have a strong commercial mindset paired with analytical skills and a solid understanding of pricing, cost calculations, and margin management.</li><br/><li>You have strong communicative skills and a business-oriented mindset. You find the right words in friendly, but sometimes also tough negotiations with suppliers and customers.
