They are developing a new generation of products and experiences focused on wellbeing and personal transformation, and are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on Product &amp; Growth Lead to help bring new offerings and initiatives to market on an international scale.<br/><br/><strong>Job Description<br/><br/></strong>You will work across product development, growth and commercialization to:<br/><br/><ul><li>Develop and launch innovative products, services and experiences.</li><li>Define and execute go-to-market and international expansion strategies.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities, revenue streams and growth initiatives.</li><li>Build strategic partnerships, distribution channels and commercial relationships.</li><li>Lead early-stage business development, pilot projects and commercial negotiations.</li><li>Translate customer, partner and market insights into product improvements.</li><li>Ensure a high-quality and consistent user experience across all touchpoints.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>The Successful Applicant<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Experience in Product Management, Growth, Venture Building, Business Development or Strategic Partnerships.</li><li>A proven track record of launching and commercializing products, services or innovative experiences.</li><li>The ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.</li><li>Strong business development skills, with confidence in prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing partnerships.</li><li>A solid commercial mindset and the ability to align product strategy with market needs.</li><li>Comfort working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial and evolving environments.</li><li>Excellent communication, storytelling and relationship-building abilities.</li><li>A genuine interest in wellbeing, meditation, human performance, immersive technologies (XR) or neurotechnology is considered a strong asset.</li><li>An international mindset and willingness to travel.</li><li>English must be at C2 level.
