Not even close.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Role:</strong> Product Designer</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Role Overview:</strong></p><p>We are hiring a Product Designer to own the design of Joveo's product </p><p>experiences end-to-end — from early user research and problem framing </p><p>through to polished, production-ready UI. You will be a full-cycle </p><p>designer who thinks in systems and ships work that is both beautiful </p><p>and deeply functional.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- Lead end-to-end design for product features — discovery, wireframing, and final UI</p><p>- Conduct and synthesize user research to validate design decisions</p><p>- Build interactive prototypes to communicate and test design concepts quickly</p><p>- Collaborate with engineering, PM, and data teams throughout the product lifecycle</p><p>- Contribute to and evolve the product design system</p><p>- Present design rationale clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback constructively</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><p>- Strong portfolio showing full design process from research to shipped product</p><p>- Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools</p><p>- Experience working as an embedded product designer within an engineering-led team</p><p>- Balance of UX thinking and high-quality visual UI execution</p><p>- Ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple concurrent projects</p><p>- Familiarity with frontend implementation basics to support smooth engineering handoff</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer:</strong></p><p>Joveo is an equal opportunity employer.
