The product delivers high-quality football experiences to fans worldwide, using data-driven insights to optimise engagement, retention, and user experience across mobile.</p><p>This is a highly hands-on role with significant ownership, sitting close to Product, Engineering, and leadership in a fast-moving startup environment. The focus is on creating intuitive, engaging experiences that football fans love, grounded in research and strong product thinking.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></p><p><strong>User Research</strong> – Plan and run user interviews, usability tests, and product discovery sessions to ground design decisions in real fan behaviour.</p><p><strong>User Flows</strong> – Define, analyse, and continuously improve core user flows including onboarding and key engagement loops.</p><p><strong>Collaboration</strong> – Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate product goals into well-reasoned, shippable design solutions.</p><p><strong>Design System</strong> – Evolve and maintain the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the product experience.</p><p><strong>Cross-Functional Support</strong> – Support visual design and brand initiatives across partnerships, marketing, and other teams where needed.</p><p><strong>Product Thinking</strong> – Contribute to feature ideation, prioritisation, and overall user experience strategy.</p><p><strong>Startup Execution</strong> – Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing creativity with practical execution.</p><p><br/></p><p>If this sounds like the right next step, we'd love to hear from you.</p> </div>
