The organization facilitates seamless digital commerce across more than 200 countries and territories, connecting billions of consumers, millions of merchants, and thousands of financial institutions.</p><p><br/></p><p>THE PROJECT</p><p>This contract opportunity is for a Senior UX/UI Designer supporting a full-time project in the financial services sector. The role focuses on designing a premium mobile-native application experience, with strong ownership across both UX and UI delivery. The selected professional will create polished, high-fidelity prototypes, apply native mobile design principles, and contribute to fast-paced product delivery in close collaboration with the team in Berlin.</p><p><br/></p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p>You'll own the design of a mobile-native app experience, bringing strong craft across both UX and UI to deliver polished, high-fidelity prototypes. Your core responsibilities:</p><p>- Deliver Hi-Fi Prototypes: Produce production-ready high-fidelity prototypes in Figma to a high bar and at pace.</p><p>- Own the Mobile-Native Experience: Design with a deep understanding of mobile native patterns and conventions.</p><p>- Drive the Affluent Experience Workstream: Translate requirements around luxury benefits into intuitive, premium mobile interactions.</p><p>- Collaborate Onsite: Work closely with the product team in Kreuzberg two days a week, contributing directly to fast-moving delivery cycles.</p><p><br/></p><p>YOUR PROFILE</p><p>- Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) with strong hands-on delivery experience in mobile app design - Proven ability to create high-fidelity, production-ready prototypes, ideally using Figma</p><p>- Deep understanding of native mobile design patterns and conventions across iOS and Android</p><p>- Strong UX and UI craft, with the ability to translate complex requirements into polished user experiences</p><p>- Comfortable working in a high-ownership individual contributor role within a fast-moving delivery environment</p><p>- Professional English communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams</p><p>- Available for a one year full-time contract role in a hybrid setup based in Berlin, Germany - two days in office in Kreutzberg</p><p><br/></p><p>SKILLS NEEDED</p><p>Prototyping</p><p>APPROVAL PROCESS</p><p>1) Personal Interview with Match</p><p>2) 30-45 min Call with the client</p> </div>
