You will collaborate closely with colleagues from strategy, design, project management, and technology in interdisciplinary teams.<br/><br/>We’re looking for a <strong>CX Lead / Product Design Lead </strong>with strong experience in large, complex client environments. This role combines strategic experience design, product ownership and design leadership.<br/><br/>The role acts as the experience owner on projects — accountable for the quality and coherence of digital products across markets. You’ll lead experience and design decisions end-to-end, from research and concept through design, content and delivery, working closely with project management and technology partners.<br/><br/>This role is rooted in design craft, with the seniority to advise clients on strategic CX and product decisions and to lead multidisciplinary teams.<br/><br/><strong>What You Will Do<br/><br/></strong><ul><li> Own end-to-end experience and product quality, including accessibility and inclusivity, on complex digital projects </li><li> Define experience vision, principles and priorities together with clients and internal teams </li><li> Lead UX, UI direction across large platforms, journeys and touchpoints </li><li> Apply structured design methodologies across discovery, concept, validation and delivery </li><li> Plan, guide and synthesise user research and testing </li><li> Translate business goals, user insights and brand intent into coherent and scalable experience frameworks </li><li> Develop, evolve and apply design systems in close alignment with client-owned governance models </li><li> Work closely with technology partners to ensure accessible experience concepts are feasible and implemented with quality </li><li> Act as senior client counterpart for experience, product and accessibility topics </li><li> Lead, mentor and quality-assure designers across UX, UI and content </li><li> Partner closely with project management on day-to-day project leadership, scope, priorities and risks </li><li> Facilitate workshops, decision sessions and design reviews with senior stakeholders </li><li> Ensure experience quality through delivery, launch and ongoing optimisation <br/><br/></li></ul><strong>What We’re Looking For<br/><br/></strong><ul><li> 8–10+ years experience in digital strategy, product or experience design, ideally in an agency or consultancy working with large clients </li><li> Proven experience leading digital products or platforms end-to-end from a design and experience perspective </li><li> Strong background in strategic UX and experience design, combined with hands-on design leadership </li><li> Experience working with large design systems spanning multiple markets, brands or business units </li><li> Solid understanding of accessibility principles and standards (e.g. WCAG) and how to apply them pragmatically in real projects </li><li> Good understanding of enterprise CMS and platform environments (e.g. Sitecore, AEM) from an experience and content perspective </li><li> Deep knowledge of UX research methods, design frameworks and structured problem-solving approaches </li><li> Experience planning and interpreting user research, testing and validation </li><li> Ability to translate complex insights into clear experience direction and concrete design decisions </li><li> Confident collaborator with technology teams, without needing to own technical solutioning </li><li> Experience leading and mentoring designers and setting quality standards </li><li> Clear, confident communicator with senior client stakeholders </li><li> Fluent in German and English <br/><br/></li></ul><strong>What We Have To Offer<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>International projects for renowned brands within a strong network</li><li>A high degree of autonomy and genuine creative freedom</li><li>Flexible work arrangements with the option for hybrid work</li><li>An open, collaborative team culture with an office dog policy</li><li>Personalized training and development opportunities</li><li>A work environment where good ideas are valued, achievements are recognized, and personal growth is actively encouraged</li><li>Challenging projects at the intersection of creativity, technology, and data</li><li>Contribution to the company pension plan<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Here’s What To Do Next<br/><br/></strong>Does this sound like you, and do you think we should definitely have a chat?
