We reimagine the possible across the nuclear industry every day.<br/><br/><strong>About The Role<br/><br/></strong>As a Project Manager NDT you will be a key contributor to the development and implementation of innovative inspection methods and systems – from the concept phase through to application in the field. You will work closely with the technical management and play a significant role in the successful delivery of complex technical projects.<br/><br/>In the long term, the position offers the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities and to develop into a group management role.<br/><br/>You will report to the Manager NDE &amp; Special Products and be located at Mannheim.<br/><br/><strong>Key Responsibilities<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Plan, manage, and execute NDT projects, including advanced and mechanized inspection techniques</li><li>Collaborate closely with technical leadership on development, qualification, and deployment of new inspection solutions</li><li>Coordinate and guide interdisciplinary project teams</li><li>Ensure project targets regarding quality, cost, and schedule are met</li><li>Identify and manage project risks and define mitigation measures</li><li>Support technical and commercial proposal preparation</li><li>Drive continuous improvement of inspection processes and project execution<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Qualifications:<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical engineering, materials science, physics, mechatronics) or industrial engineering</li><li>4+ years of experience in a technical environment, ideally in NDT</li><li>Proven project management experience</li><li>Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate complex topics clearly·</li><li>Initial leadership experience</li><li>Fluent in German and good English skills<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Why Westinghouse?<br/><br/></strong>We know that to put forth your best effort, you need to be challenged and enjoy what you do in a supportive and respectful environment.
