The statements below are intended to describe the general nature of the job and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, and duties.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Tasks</strong></p><ol><li>Pipeline Management</li></ol><ul><li>Manage all SFDC (Salesforce) related issues and updates, taking full responsibility for the B2B project pipeline and ensuring data accuracy</li><li>Work closely with Subsidiary/HQ team, supporting all stages and coordinating/driving opportunity-related activities</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>2. KPI Management & Performance Reporting</p><ul><li>Monitor and manage subsidiary-level KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive performance improvements- Collaborate with partners to create synergies and explore new business opportunities.</li><li>Report pipeline performance on a regular basis (weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly), analyzing results against targets to identify areas for improvement</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>3. Data & Market Analysis</p><ul><li>Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy</li><li>Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to support business planning and forecasting</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>4. Sales Enablement & AI Utilization</p><ul><li>Train sales and marketing teams on how to use SFDC for managing leads, opportunities, and pipeline-related activities</li><li>Proactively apply AI tools (generative AI, data analysis automation, etc.) to data processing, report writing, and market/competitor analysis to improve efficiency and accuracy, continuously refine related workflows, and promote a broader AI-driven work culture across the team</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Experience and confidence in managing a pipeline, preferably using Salesforce</li><li>Experience and confidence in working directly with international sales teams</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights</li><li>Hands-on experience applying AI tools in real work contexts — proficient in leveraging AI for data analysis, report/document automation, and streamlining repetitive tasks</li><li>Advanced MS Office skills (mainly Excel)</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, status as a protected veteran, or any characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.</p> </div>
