Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Social

This is a mid-level role suited for someone with <strong>4–5 years of hands-on experience</strong> managing paid social campaigns, preferably within an <strong>e-commerce or digitally native business</strong>.<br/><br/>You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid social strategies across key platforms such as <strong>Meta and TikTok</strong>. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with a creative performance mindset and is comfortable using data to make decisions around budget allocation, creative testing, and campaign performance.<br/><br/><strong>How You Make An Impact<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Develop and execute paid social strategies across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant paid social channels.</li><li>Manage campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and performance analysis across the full funnel.</li><li>Plan and run structured creative asset A/B tests, including testing messaging, formats, hooks, audiences, and landing pages.</li><li>Work closely with creative, brand, and content teams to translate performance insights into stronger ad concepts and creative briefs.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and customer acquisition efficiency.</li><li>Support budget planning and allocation across channels, campaigns, markets, and funnel stages.</li><li>Apply an understanding of attribution modelling to evaluate performance beyond platform-reported results.</li><li>Use tools such as Google Analytics, platform dashboards, Excel, and Google Sheets to monitor and report on performance.</li><li>Prepare clear performance reports and communicate insights, learnings, and recommendations to stakeholders.</li><li>Stay up to date with paid social trends, platform updates, creative best practices, and e-commerce growth tactics.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>What You Bring<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>4–5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a clear focus on paid social.</li><li>Experience from an e-commerce, retail, marketplace, or digital-first business is highly preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with creative performance frameworks for paid social.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with campaign data, KPIs, and performance reports.</li><li>Experience working with product feeds, catalog campaigns, or dynamic ads.</li><li>Structured, proactive, and comfortable managing several campaigns, tests, and priorities at the same time.</li><li>Strong collaboration skills, especially when working with creative, brand, analytics, and commercial teams.</li><li>Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate performance insights clearly and simply.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>What We Offer<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>A diverse and international organization committed to creating and maintaining an inspiring workplace where everyone loves to go to work.</li><li>Working in a high paced, challenging, and cooperative organizational environment.</li><li>Competitive benefit package.</li><li>A culture inspired by our values: Focus on impact; Stay true; and Be entrepreneurs.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Start date<br/><br/></strong>As soon as possible / per agreement.<br/><br/>We are reviewing candidates continuously, so please submit your application as soon as possible.<br/><br/><strong>About Rugvista<br/><br/></strong>Rugvista is one of Europe’s leading online rug retailers.
