<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>Our People & Talent team is looking for a <strong>People Analytics Specialist (m/f/d)</strong> to help build and scale our people and talent analytics capability.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>This is a hands-on builder role </strong>for someone who enjoys creating structure, establishing foundations, and turning people data into meaningful business insights using not only descriptive but diagnostic and predictive (potentially causal) analytics where applicable.</p><p><br/></p><p>With Workday and Greenhouse recently implemented, this role offers the opportunity to help reshape how workforce and talent data is managed, analyzed, and consumed across the organization.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>The guiding principle? Simple, lean, robust, and scalable.</strong> Success is measured by clarity of insights, data quality, and decision impact; not volume of reporting or slide production.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>People Analytics & Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Build dashboards, reports, and analytics across Workday, Greenhouse, and BI tools</li><li>Develop reporting that enables clear visibility on workforce and talent trends</li><li>Deliver accurate, timely, and decision-oriented insights beyond standard reporting</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Data Foundations & Quality</strong></p><ul><li>Design and maintain scalable reporting structures, definitions, and data models</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across systems</li><li>Establish sustainable processes for data governance and reporting maintenance</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Automation & Analytics Evolution</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting and reduce manual processes</li><li>Contribute to advancing the people analytics roadmap</li><li>Introduce best practices in analytics, workforce planning, and data-driven decision-making</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Audit and Due Diligence Support</strong></p><ul><li>Provide accurate, audit-ready workforce data (headcount, comp, org structure, turnover) for internal, external, and investor audits on request</li><li>Build reusable data packages/templates for recurring DD and audit requests to cut turnaround time and manual pulls</li><li>Maintain full data traceability, so figures hold up under audit and investor scrutiny</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Essential Skills</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>3–5 years of experience in People Analytics, HRIS Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or comparable roles in fast-paced or scaling organizations</li><li>Hands-on experience with HR systems and data structures, ideally Workday</li><li>Strong expertise in building dashboards and reports (e.g. Power BI, Excel, Alteryx)</li><li>Proven ability to translate business needs into structured analyses and meaningful insights</li><li>Exposure to workforce planning or advanced people analytics topics (e.g., driver analysis, predictive modeling)</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities</li><li>Ability to operate in an evolving environment with incomplete structures and processes</li><li>Familiarity with data modeling and improving data architecture in HR systems</li><li>Fluent in English, German knowledge is a plus</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>A dynamic high-tech company, combined with financial soundness and world-class investors.</li><li>Join an interdisciplinary, international team with 60+ different nationalities in a collaborative work environment.</li><li>Lots of development opportunities in the context of our continued growth.</li><li>Challenging tasks and impactful projects alongside experts that enable professional and personal growth.</li><li>Corporate Benefits Program that covers health, mobility, and learning with 100€ net per month.</li><li>Modern office facilities with a rooftop terrace overlooking Munich, free drinks & fruits, and regular company events contribute to a good working environment.</li></ul><p><br/></p> </div>
