For corporates, we provide vetted access to cutting-edge innovation via our exclusive portfolio of leading-edge B2B solutions.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>The role</strong></p><p>This is a <strong>Partnership Manager role with end-to-end ownership.</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>You manage your portfolio companies, supporting their go-to-market and business development activities, and shaping how solutions are positioned and introduced into telecom markets internationally.</p><p><br/></p><p>The role involves direct collaboration with founders and C-level stakeholders of tech companies, as well as engagement with MMV’s network of senior executives to develop commercial opportunities.</p><p><br/></p><p>It offers hands-on exposure to a broad range of new technologies, with the expectation to quickly build understanding and translate it into real business impact.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Core responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Own<strong> selected portfolio companies</strong> as main point of contact and “face of MMV”</li><li>Lead <strong>onboarding to MMV portfolio</strong>: build internal understanding of the solution, and ensure readiness for commercial activities</li><li>Sharpen <strong>value propositions, use cases, and positioning</strong> for telco and ICT customers</li><li>Translate those into <strong>C-level materials and sales assets</strong>: executive decks, one-pagers, and supporting visuals</li><li>Identify <strong>target accounts</strong> for each portfolio company</li><li>Structure and maintain a <strong>prioritized pipeline</strong> per portfolio company</li><li>Align <strong>internal teams, Match-Makers, and portfolio companies</strong> for customer interactions</li><li>Track and steer <strong>partnership KPIs</strong></li><li>Drive <strong>AI adoption in day-to-day work and beyond</strong>: identify improvement areas, test and apply new tools, and contribute to building MMV’s AI-native way of working while continuously increasing applied AI capabilities</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Who we’re looking for</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Must-have</strong></p><ul><li>1–2 years of experience in project management, consulting, or similar roles</li><li>Strong ability to structure, prioritize, and execute work with accuracy</li><li>International mindset based on exposure to different markets or environments</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Advanced PowerPoint skills, Canva (or similar), and familiarity with AI tools for content and visual creation</li><li>Fluency in English</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Strong plus</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with B2B tech, telecom, or SaaS environments</li><li>Experience in sales or business development</li><li>German and/or other languages (Spanish, French, Italian specifically)</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><ul><li>Exposure to global telecom players and leading tech companies</li><li>Steep learning curve across strategy, sales, and execution</li><li>High-responsibility role with direct impact</li><li>International and flexible work environment</li><li>Structured <strong>AI upskilling program</strong> with a clear objective: continuous month-over-month improvement of applied AI capabilities across all roles</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><p>€45,000 base salary + performance-based bonus</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>How to apply</strong></p><p>Send your CV to office@match-maker.ventures</p><p>Subject: Partnership Manager – Application</p> </div>
