<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>Senior Oracle Fusion CX Support &amp; Enhancment Lead </strong></p><p><strong>Remote | 2-Year Contract | Start: June 2026</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle CX Support/Enhancment Lead to lead an Oracle Fusion Service and Oracle Field Service support, enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives for a medium sized consultancy who have an end client in Germany.</p><p><br/></p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Leading post-go-live support, governance, and roadmap planning.</li><li>Designing and enhancing Oracle Fusion Service and Oracle Field Service solutions.</li><li>Driving release management, support processes, SLAs, and KPIs.</li><li>Providing architectural oversight for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and enterprise integrations.</li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.</li><li>Leading workshops and solution design sessions in English.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong Oracle Fusion Service and Oracle Field Service experience.</li><li>Proven Oracle CX solution architecture expertise.</li><li>Experience with OIC and enterprise integrations.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>If interested, please attach an up to date CV and lets arrange a call ASAP.</p><p><br/></p> </div>
