What holds us together is curiosity, humility, and a shared drive to make things work.</span></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>The role</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><span>The Berlin team is growing and needs someone to be its connective tissue. You will work across technical, operational, and client-facing contexts - coordinating, unblocking, intervening when things go sideways, and finding smarter ways to do things.</span></p><p><span>This is not just a coordination role. It is for someone who is curious, adaptable, and genuinely excited by the idea of making a complex operation run better - using every tool available, including AI.</span></p><p><span>Data is part of how we work every day - you will be expected to address simple data questions, dig into numbers, and solve problems without always having a specialist available.</span></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you will do</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li><span>Coordinate live projects across technical and client teams - keep things moving, close open loops</span></li><li><span>Intervene directly on complex situations: take back control of a building, align technical interlocutors, unblock what is stuck</span></li><li><span>Run workshops and align people who do not always agree</span></li><li><span>Present clearly to clients - without overselling, without losing the thread</span></li><li><span>Spot inefficiencies and push for better solutions - you do not accept "that's how we've always done it"</span></li><li><span>Contribute to recruiting efforts in the early months as the Berlin team scales</span></li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li><span>0 to 2 years of experience - mindset matters more than seniority</span></li><li><span>Speaking French is a huge plus, German not required</span></li><li><span>Comfortable with data - you can run a basic analysis, dig into numbers, and draw conclusions without waiting for someone else.
