<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>We are currently looking for an <strong>Ope<span> </span>rational Change Management lead </strong>to join a project with a global end client of ours.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Start: </strong>June/July 2026</p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> 12-month initial contract with possible extensions</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Remote with key stage travel to Germany / Belgium (expenses covered)</p><p><strong>Languages: </strong>English speaking</p><p><strong>Type: </strong>Contract/Freelance</p><p><br/></p><p><strong><u>Role/Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute the OCM strategy aligned to the LIMS programme roadmap</li><li>Conduct stakeholder analysis and define targeted engagement plans across business and lab environments</li><li>Lead change impact assessments to identify process, role, and behavioural changes</li><li>Design and deliver a communications strategy to support awareness and engagement</li><li>Define and implement a training strategy, including role-based learning and adoption support</li><li>Establish and manage a change network / champions community</li><li>Monitor change readiness and adoption metrics, adjusting plans as needed</li><li>Support business leaders and SMEs through transition and go-live activities</li><li>Manage resistance and ensure alignment across functions</li><li>Ensure OCM deliverables are integrated into the wider ERP / LIMS programme plan</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Would you be interested?
