<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer (m/f/d) to take full ownership of IT infrastructure, operations, and information security in Germany.</p><p>In this role, you will ensure stable, secure, and efficient IT operations while supporting business continuity in a fast-paced, operational environment.</p><p><br/></p><p>This role can be based in Frankfurt or Munich.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>IT Operations &amp; Infrastructure</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and optimize the IT Helpdesk and support structure</li><li>Ensure efficient incident handling and high service quality</li><li>Oversee the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure (network, systems, endpoints, SaaS)</li><li>Define and improve monitoring, incident response, and escalation processes</li><li>Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Security &amp; Compliance</strong></p><ul><li>Take responsibility for information security at country level</li><li>Ensure implementation of security standards and compliance requirements (e.g. GDPR)</li><li>Manage access control, data protection, and security processes</li><li>Coordinate and respond to security incidents</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Network &amp; System Stability</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure stable and secure network operations across offices and operational sites</li><li>Manage servers, endpoints, and network devices</li><li>Maintain and improve system availability and performance</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Leadership &amp; Stakeholder Management</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and develop IT operations and security teams</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders, HQ teams, and external vendors</li><li>Manage IT-related projects, budgets, and service providers</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field</li><li>5+ years of experience in IT operations and/or IT security</li><li>Proven experience in leading teams and managing responsibilities across infrastructure and security</li><li>Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and high-availability environments</li><li>Experience with incident management and root cause analysis</li><li>Solid knowledge of GDPR and information security practices</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Languages</strong></p><ul><li>German and Chinese required</li><li>English is a plus</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or fast-growing environments</li><li>Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ITIL</li><li>Experience working in international organizations</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>A role with high responsibility and ownership</li><li>A dynamic and growing international environment</li><li>Opportunity to shape and improve IT operations and security structures</li><li>Collaboration with global teams</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>If this sounds like the right next step for you, we look forward to your application.</p> </div>
