The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting capabilities, hands-on networking experience, and excellent communication skills in German and English.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Monitor and manage enterprise network infrastructure</li><li>Perform L2 troubleshooting for routing, switching, and connectivity issues</li><li>Handle incidents, service requests, and escalation support</li><li>Configure and maintain network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls</li><li>Support LAN/WAN, VPN, WLAN, and data center network operations</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, clients, and cross-functional technical teams</li><li>Ensure SLA compliance and operational excellence</li><li>Document incidents, resolutions, and network changes</li></ul><p>Required Skills</p><ul><li>Strong experience in:</li><li>Routing &amp; Switching</li><li>TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP</li><li>Cisco / Juniper / Aruba networking technologies</li><li>Firewall and VPN troubleshooting</li><li>Network monitoring tools</li><li>Experience in incident management and ticketing systems</li><li>Understanding of ITIL processes</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills</li></ul><p>Mandatory Requirements</p><ul><li>German Language Proficiency: C1 Level</li><li>Ability to work onsite in Frankfurt or Berlin</li><li>Prior experience in L2 Network Support roles</li><li>EU work authorization preferred</li></ul><p>Preferred Certifications</p><ul><li>CCNA / CCNP</li><li>JNCIA / JNCIS</li><li>ITIL Foundation</li></ul><p></p> </div>
