Provide technical advice on new digital applications to the Learning & Innovation Programme. Support the internal digitalization processes and operations of institutions and agencies Review, update and enhance the digitalization guidelines developed by the Learning and Innovation Programme Finalize newly localized eLearning modules in Urdu by incorporating findings from pilot exercises and expert feedback, ensuring linguistic, pedagogical, and technical quality, and upload the final versions onto the platform. Coordinate with the UNODC Learning & Innovation development team to provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure consistent content management across both the Pakistan-specific and global SPARK platforms. Support the planning and implementation of the national rollout, including liaising with eLearning centres to verify readiness, training site managers, and facilitating knowledge transfer for a technically sound and operationally sustainable launch.
