Mid-Level Product Manager – Shopify Apps (m/f/d)
<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>We’re looking for a <strong>Mid-Level Product Manager</strong> to take end-to-end ownership of multiple <strong>Shopify apps</strong>, from discovery and specification through to launch and iteration.</p><p>This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across the full product lifecycle, translating user needs into clear product decisions, and driving measurable impact in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.</p>What you’ll be doing:<ul><li>Own features from idea through discovery, specification, launch, and post-launch improvement</li><li>Manage and prioritize app backlogs independently</li><li>Evaluate incoming ideas and customer-facing team feedback</li><li>Validate user problems through qualitative and quantitative research</li><li>Turn insights into clear product decisions and development-ready requirements</li><li>Write precise user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams</li><li>Measure feature impact through KPI baselines, post-launch evaluation, and iteration</li><li>Contribute actively to roadmap planning, epics, dependencies, and prioritization</li><li>Support the development of new app ideas from research and business case through to concept</li></ul>What we’re looking for:<ul><li>3–5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years as a <strong>Product Manager</strong> or <strong>Product Owner</strong> with independent ownership</li><li>Strong experience with product analytics tools such as <strong>PostHog, Mixpanel, or Tableau</strong></li><li>Ability to formulate hypotheses, define metrics, and measure impact</li><li>Experience with <strong>user research</strong>, including interviews, friction analysis, and heatmaps</li><li>Strong documentation skills with dev-ready tickets, user stories, and acceptance criteria</li><li>Structured prioritization skills using frameworks such as <strong>RICE</strong></li></ul>Nice to have:<ul><li>Experience with <strong>B2B or B2C SaaS products</strong></li><li>Exposure to the <strong>e-commerce</strong> space</li><li><strong>Shopify</strong> knowledge</li><li>Understanding of <strong>go-to-market strategy</strong> and user retention</li><li>Experience managing multiple products or product areas at once</li></ul>What’s on offer:<ul><li>End-to-end ownership across multiple Shopify apps</li><li>Real opportunity to make measurable product impact</li><li>10% of working time dedicated to growth initiatives and development</li><li>Flexible working model with <strong>remote options</strong>, home office, and workations</li><li>Competitive salary package: <strong>€54,000–€60,000 fixed + up to €7,000 annual bonus</strong></li><li>Additional benefits including mobility, wellness, pension, and learning support</li></ul><p>If you’re a product professional who enjoys combining <strong>data, user insight, and execution</strong> to build better digital products, this could be a strong next step.</p> </div>
