This is an urgent opportunity for a skilled professional to manage and enhance a Microsoft-based server environment, ensuring <strong>stability, security, and high availability</strong> of critical systems.<br/><br/><strong>Key Responsibilities<br/><br/></strong><ul><li> Install, configure, and manage Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments </li><li> Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and file services </li><li> Manage and support Microsoft 365, Exchange Server, and hybrid environments </li><li> Handle virtualization platforms (Hyper-V / VMware) </li><li> Implement monitoring, patching, and backup solutions </li><li> Troubleshoot Level 2/3 infrastructure and server issues </li><li> Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and configurations </li><li> Support Microsoft Azure integrations and identity management </li><li> Work on server/storage infrastructure implementation and troubleshooting </li><li> Basic exposure to SAN/NAS, HCI, and networking/security concepts <br/><br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills</strong> <br/><br/><ul><li> Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred) </li><li> 3–7 years of relevant experience </li><li> Strong expertise in:</li><ul><li> Windows Server &amp; Active Directory </li><li> DNS, DHCP, Group Policy </li><li> PowerShell scripting <br/></li></ul><li> Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and cloud security </li><li> Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies </li><li> Knowledge of backup solutions, disaster recovery, and monitoring tools </li><li> Strong problem-solving and communication skills <br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Preferred Certifications<br/><br/></strong><ul><li> Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) </li><li> Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator </li><li> M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert </li><li> VMware Certification (VCP) – a plus</li></ul> </div>
