In this position you work closely with our Merchandising team by supporting them in all actions within the Central and Eastern Europe Region.<br/><br/>Tasks &amp; Responsibilities<br/><br/><ul><li>Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for all product categories</li><li>Monitor and analyze daily business sales performance</li><li>Support store stock requests and rebalance stock based on store performance</li><li>Support and follow up on product transfers within the market (DE, AT, CH, PL, CZ) and across Europe</li><li>Provide relevant feedback on collections and boutique performance at market level</li><li>Support retail operations to increase sales turnover</li><li>Implement action plans in collaboration with other departments (e.g., VM, Training, Marketing)</li><li>Prepare support materials for buying sessions (sales reports, forecasting tools, and presentations for Store Managers)<br/><br/></li></ul>Profile<br/><br/><ul><li>University studies with a focus on fashion management, business administration, or another relevant field</li><li>First significant experience in an analytical position (ideally in Retail Merchandising or Business analyst)</li><li>Strong passion for the fashion and luxury industry</li><li>Rigorous approach with quantitative data</li><li>Analytical mindset</li><li>Strong organization skills</li><li>Proactive attitude and willingness to learn </li><li>Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Fluent in German and English - another language on top is a plus<br/><br/></li></ul>What we offer you<br/><br/>The opportunity to join the LVMH Group (Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy), the world leader in high-quality and luxury products.
