The organization combines strong heritage with forward-thinking development to continuously raise the standard of safety worldwide.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><span></span>As a Materials Manager, you are responsible for the planning, procurement, and storage of all raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods at the Hof site. Your core responsibilities include the continuous improvement of our production and procurement planning, effective supplier management, and the ongoing monitoring and adjustment of inventory levels for raw materials and finished products. The goal is to ensure uninterrupted production and reliable delivery to our customers.</p><p> </p><ul><li><span>Responsibilities & Tasks:</span>Material and Production Planning (MRP):</li><li>Analysis and adjustment of planning parameters and methodologies for procurement and production planning to ensure the highest possible delivery reliability to our customers while optimizing inventory levels.</li><li>Procurement & Supplier Management:</li><li>Ensuring continuous and timely supply through demand-oriented call-off concepts and optimization of lead times (cycle time).</li><li>Inventory Management:</li><li>Optimization and control of inventory levels (raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods) with the aim of achieving transparency and avoiding shortages or overstock.</li><li>Logistics & Process Optimization:</li><li>Coordination of material flow in cooperation with the Head of Logistics.</li><li>Reporting:</li><li>Participation in the SIOP process and the daily reporting structure.</li><li><span>Requirements & Qualifications</span>Education:</li><li>Completed degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering.</li><li>Experience:</li><li>Several years of experience in procurement, warehousing, or supply chain, ideally in a leadership position.</li><li>Knowledge:</li><li>Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP), MS Office (especially Excel), and inventory management.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Analytical thinking, negotiation skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and good English skills for an international environment.</li><li>Language Requirement: Fluency in both English and German is mandatory.</li></ul><p><br/></p> </div>
