Your job is to be the engine that connects them all - internally, commercially, and externally - and to make sure PACETEQ shows up brilliantly wherever it matters.<br/><br/><strong>What You’ll Be Doing<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Day-to-Day Marketing Execution</li><ul><li>Own the operational rhythm of the marketing department — projects move, deadlines are met, nothing gets stuck</li><li>Be the connective tissue between the marketing team, external agencies, and the commercial team</li><li>Ensure marketing output consistently connects to commercial priorities</li></ul><li>Commercial Marketing Activation</li><ul><li>Chase and coordinate customer testimonials and case studies</li><li>Activate partnerships through co-marketing, joint content, and activation plans</li><li>Be the bridge between what marketing produces and what the sales team needs</li></ul><li>Events</li><ul><li>Own PACETEQ's event participation end to end — preparation, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up</li><li>Ensure PACETEQ shows up at every event with the presence and professionalism that reflects who we are</li></ul><li>Marketing Performance &amp; Tools</li><ul><li>Own the connection between our marketing tools — HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and SEO</li><li>Manage the day-to-day relationship with our paid media agency and track performance across all channels<br/></li></ul></ul><strong>What You Bring<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>3-5+ years in a marketing operations, marketing management, or similar execution-focused role - ideally in B2B, tech, or a fast-moving environment</li><li>A natural executor - someone who creates structure, drives projects forward, and does not wait to be told twice</li><li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously</li><li>Commercially minded - you understand that marketing exists to drive business outcomes, not just produce content</li><li>A confident communicator - equally comfortable briefing an agency, chasing a customer for a testimonial, or presenting event plans to senior leadership</li><li>Experience with or genuine interest in events - both the preparation and the on-site reality</li><li>Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and SEO - you are comfortable owning the performance layer</li><li>A team player who thrives alongside strong creative personalities - collaborative, humble, and brave</li><li>Motorsport, sports tech, or high-performance environment background is a plus - passion for the world we operate in always helps<br/><br/></li></ul>We value potential over perfection.
