With more than 300 B2B customers and over 60,000 end-users, we are shaping the future of connected business models at global scale.</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you’ll be working on</strong></p><p>As Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of both B2B marketing for Freeeway as well as B2C marketing for our myFreeeway consumer brand. You will drive digital marketing activities across website management, paid campaigns, SEO, performance marketing, social media, partner collaborations, and content creation. In addition, you will support typical selected offline marketing activities such as event participation or printed materials. This is a broad and hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning complex products and technical topics into clear, effective communication and measurable marketing outcomes.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>You’ll love this role if you enjoy ...</strong></p><ul><li>Taking ownership of a broad, hands-on marketing role across B2B and B2C</li><li>Managing and continuously improving digital channels, such as websites, landing pages, and digital customer journeys</li><li>Planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google</li><li>Supporting SEO, analytics, and performance marketing activities</li><li>Creating and adapting content for websites, campaigns, partners, resellers, and internal stakeholders</li><li>Managing social media presence</li><li>Coordinating trade show and event participation from a marketing perspective</li><li>Working closely with management, sales, external partners, and freelancers</li><li>Building cross-marketing activities with business partners and reseller networks</li><li>Using modern digital tools, AI, and automation to work smarter and faster</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What we're looking for </strong></p><ul><li>Several years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally in a mixed B2B/B2C environment</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign management</li><li>Experience with at least one of the following tools: LinkedIn Business Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads</li><li>Confidence managing websites using tools such as Webflow and/or WordPress</li><li>High level of digital literacy and confidence using modern marketing tools</li><li>Strong ownership mindset and the ability to work independently in a lean team</li><li>Curiosity, self-learning ability, and interest in market and technology trends</li><li>Native-level German and fluent spoken and written English</li><li>Willingness to work on-site in Vienna at least 3 days per week</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Bonus points if you also bring ... </strong></p><ul><li>Experience with sales and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, or Google Tag Manager</li><li>Experience with collaborative design tools like Canva or Figma</li><li>Experience with workflow automation using tools like Make, N8N, Mailchimp, or similar</li><li>Experience in partner marketing, reseller marketing, or cross-company collaborations</li><li>Exposure to technical, SaaS, platform, subscription, or connected-device products</li><li>Basic understanding of SEO content structures and conversion-oriented landing pages</li><li>Confidence using AI tools such as ChatGPT in a practical business context,</li><li>Interest in IoT, connectivity, digital products, or technology-driven business models</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>You do not need experience in IoT, connectivity, or telecom, and you do not need to know every tool in our stack from day one.
