<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>The primary responsibility of the Marketing Manager is to develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics successfully, using a thorough understanding of the market and the product offering. The Marketing Manager also contributes to the regional planning as well as value creation processes for the achievement of the short- and mid-term business goals.</p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Develop and track precision marketing plan and activities for defined sectors</li><li>Set up yearly marketing plans in collaboration with sales to develop MQL and SQL and reach joint growth objectives.</li><li>Manage and execute all communication initiatives.</li><li>Oversee content and functional updates to the website within brand guidelines.</li><li>Plan and organize required regional customers events & trade shows.</li><li>Manage PR, Media and Oversee Digital Programs</li><li>Report results of different campaigns.</li><li>Support partner marketing strategy, monitor co-marketing activities.</li><li>Manage marketing budget; assist in management of marketing invoices for monthly budget reporting.</li><li>Manage external vendors, and coordinate with sales departments to ensure alignment with company goals</li><li>Cooperating projects with HQ and EMEA Marketing Team</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Essential Experience Required</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5+ years’ experience in B2B Marketing</li><li>Graduate in Marketing / related degree</li><li>Strong experience in Digital Marketing and content management systems, social media and image editing preferred</li><li>Interest in the latest trends and strategies, structured work and team player with commitment</li><li>Strong MS Office Skills and Design Software, experience in Google Analytics, Salesforce and other CRM software would be an advantage</li><li>Experience with both on/offline marketing techniques</li><li>Fluent/native-level Germany speaker with fluent English; additional language skills would be an advantage</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Customer and business focused mindset</li><li>Self-driven with a results-oriented approach</li><li>Practical and proactive working style</li><li>Positive and professional attitude</li><li>Strong analytical and logical thinking skills Excellent communication skills</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Working Relationships</strong></p><p>This role reports to the Getac EMEA Marketing Director</p><p>Regular internal communication with HQ marketing/Sales/Service Departments.</p><p></p> </div>
