Our functional formulations support skin health, sleep, period pain, and recovery—crafted in Germany with clean, vegan, and 100% natural ingredients.</p><p><br/></p><p>The Role</p><p>We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to scale This Place’s performance engine across channels. This role drives efficient customer acquisition across prospecting, conversion, and retargeting.. You will work closely with the CMO to ensure strong alignment between acquisition and long-term customer value.</p><p><br/></p><p>This is a hands-on role with real ownership, ideal for someone who enjoys both execution and strategic thinking.</p><p><br/></p><p>What You’ll Do</p><p>• Own and scale our customer acquisition through paid channels (Meta, Google)</p><p>• Drive retention and customer value through CRM and organic social </p><p>• Manage day-to-day campaign execution, including optimization, budget allocation, pacing, and bidding strategies across channels and markets</p><p>• Drive efficient customer acquisition, improving CAC and ROAS across channels</p><p>• Run structured testing across creatives, audiences, and formats</p><p>• Translate performance insights into clear creative direction and iteration priorities</p><p>• Strengthen tracking, attribution, and reporting to improve decision-making</p><p>• Connect performance across channels and ensure marketing delivers measurable business impact</p><p><br/></p><p>Your Profile</p><p>To succeed in this role, you should bring all of the following. Please note that applications without these qualifications cannot be considered:</p><p>• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in D2C e-commerce</p><p>• Proven track record managing and scaling paid campaigns across Meta and Google</p><p>• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, and performance optimization levers</p><p>• Experience with CRM/lifecycle marketing (e.g. Klaviyo or similar platforms)</p><p>• Analytical mindset with experience in testing, attribution, and performance reporting</p><p>• Solid working knowledge of Shopify</p><p>• Comfortable working hands-on while also thinking strategically</p><p>• Professional level German speaker and fluent in English</p><p><br/></p><p>If this role feels like a fit, take a few minutes to complete the form below and share your experience.
