<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>📍 Vienna (Hybrid - approx. 1 day/week onsite)</p><p>We're working with a growing Swiss analytics / MarTech company that has built its own digital analytics and tracking platform, helping businesses better understand user behaviour, customer journeys and campaign performance.</p><p>Alongside analytics and tracking, the company is also investing heavily in AI-supported workflows and automation, making this a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys modern digital tools and wants to grow further within analytics, product and customer-facing technology environments.</p><p>They are now looking to hire a Digital Analytics Consultant to join their Vienna team.<br/><br/></p>The Role<br/><br/><p>This role combines digital analytics, customer interaction and hands-on work around tracking and reporting.</p><p>You'll work closely with customers to help them better understand and use the platform, support analytics and tracking setups, and contribute to improving workflows and reporting processes internally.</p><p>It's a strong opportunity for someone with around 1-3 years of experience in areas such as digital analytics, performance marketing, tracking, MarTech or customer journey analysis who wants to continue developing technically over time.<br/><br/></p>Responsibilities<br/><br/><ul><li>Support analytics and tracking setups for customer projects</li><li>Work with tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, GTM or similar platforms</li><li>Create and support dashboards, reports and customer analyses</li><li>Help customers understand platform capabilities and analytics insights</li><li>Support troubleshooting and tracking-related issues</li><li>Work closely with internal product and technical teams</li><li>Contribute ideas around process improvements and analytics workflows</li><li>Support modern AI and automation-related initiatives internally<br/><br/></li></ul>Your Profile<br/><br/><ul><li>Around 1-3 years of experience within Digital Analytics, Performance Marketing, Tracking, MarTech or similar areas</li><li>Experience with tools such as Google Analytics / GA4, GTM, Looker Studio or similar</li><li>Understanding of tracking, customer journeys, tags or analytics setups</li><li>Interest in technical topics and digital products</li><li>Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers</li><li>Structured, analytical and proactive mindset</li><li>Fluent German skills<br/><br/></li></ul>Nice-to-have<br/><br/><ul><li>Exposure to JavaScript, SQL or APIs</li><li>Agency or e-commerce background</li><li>Interest in AI, automation or analytics tooling</li><li>Experience with consent/privacy topics<br/><br/></li></ul>What's on Offer<br/><br/><ul><li>A modern analytics / AI product environment</li><li>Strong opportunity to grow technically and professionally</li><li>Combination of analytics, customer interaction and product exposure</li><li>Flat hierarchies and fast decision-making</li><li>Hybrid working and flexible setup</li><li>Supportive and collaborative team culture</li></ul> </div>
