You will play a key role in building predictive models, developing dashboards, and enabling data-driven strategies across the Cochlear portfolio.<br/> <br/> <br/></p> <strong>Key Responsibilities<br/></strong><ul><li>Lead the development of AI-powered marketing capabilities, including predictive models and automated insights</li><li>Design and manage Growth KPI dashboards to provide real-time performance visibility</li><li>Develop predictive models to forecast market trends, customer behaviour, and growth opportunities</li><li>Analyse customer data and generate segmentation insights to support targeted marketing strategies</li><li>Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business decision-making</li><li>Support marketing teams with data-driven recommendations to optimise performance</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into marketing strategies</li><li>Drive data storytelling and visualization to communicate insights to diverse stakeholders</li></ul> <br/><p><strong>About You<br/></strong> <br/> </p><ul><li>4+ years' experience in marketing analytics, data analytics, business intelligence, or AI-related roles</li><li>Strong experience with data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or similar)</li><li>Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate insights into action</li><li>Experience building dashboards and KPI reporting frameworks</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Comfortable working across a matrix organisation and collaborating with multiple stakeholders</li></ul> <br/><p><strong>Preferred Experience<br/></strong> <br/> </p><ul><li>Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or B2B industries</li><li>Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and martech ecosystems</li><li>Experience with AI and machine learning applications in marketing</li><li>Experience working across EMEA markets</li><li>Additional European language skills are an advantage</li></ul><p><br/><strong>Additional Requirements<br/></strong> <br/> </p><ul><li>Willingness to travel across EMEA as required</li></ul> </div>
