<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>Manufacturing Business Analyst</strong></p><p><strong>Manheilm Germany</strong></p><p><strong>Contract Postionion</strong></p><p><strong>Onsite Mode</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Technical/Functional Skills</strong></p><ol><li>Technically experienced IT professional – minimum of 8+ years of experience with demonstrable technical background related to engineering and technical project delivery.</li></ol><p><br/></p><ol><li>Proven ability to manage, influence and negotiate with stakeholders (Both internal and Vendors)</li></ol><p><br/></p><ol><li>Broad experience of technical problem solving and consulting</li></ol><p><br/></p><ol><li>Proven ability to analyze data to identify trends for the purposes of both cost reduction and service improvement.</li></ol><p><br/></p><ol><li>Technical experience in Business Analysis.</li></ol><p><br/></p><p><strong>Experience Required</strong></p><ul><li>8+ years hands on experience in configuration, customization, and deployment.</li></ul><p><br/></p><ul><li>Should be able to build packages used for deployment.</li></ul><p><br/></p><ul><li>• Hands on experience implementing interfaces with enterprise applications.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze manufacturing processes, production data, and operational workflows to identify improvement opportunities.</li><li>Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, and operations teams.</li><li>Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to monitor production efficiency, inventory, downtime, quality, and OEE.</li><li>Support digital transformation and automation initiatives within manufacturing operations.</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis for production and process-related issues.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve productivity.</li><li>Prepare business process documents, functional specifications, and user stories.</li><li>Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and implementation of manufacturing system enhancements.</li><li>Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends and operational metrics.</li><li>Ensure compliance with operational standards, quality procedures, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with Product Teams to drive the product roadmap with new innovations.</li><li>Supports Product Team in production &amp; implementation of Workplace/Comms products.</li><li>New Feature Requests – Experimentation, Testing, Roll Out, Hand Over to Service Teams. System Upgrades – Guiding On-the-ground facilities Team on enabling actions.</li><li>Documentation on solutions /build/upkeep of existing KB articles, Run Books</li><li>Oversee the provisioning/deployment of solutions. Provide technical consultation as needed throughout project deployment.</li><li>Ensures implementations are standard, operationally scalable and aligned to service strategy &amp; direction.</li><li>Ensures project processes are standard, scalable, transparent, relevant, communicated and documented.</li><li>Analyse IoT data to extract meaningful insights and contribute to data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Develop data models and analytics strategies and dashboards to support IoT initiatives.</li></ul><p><br/></p> </div>
