As a result, we are now looking to add another <strong>Lead Project Manager</strong> to support the execution of complex, high-value automation projects across Germany and Europe.</p><p><br/></p><p>This role is suited to an experienced Project Manager who has already delivered large-scale intralogistics or automation projects, is comfortable operating at the sharp end of customer-facing delivery and is seeking their first step in to a people management role.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong><u>The Role</u></strong></p><p>You will take full ownership of end-to-end automation projects, acting as the primary interface between customer, internal engineering teams, and external partners. Projects range from <strong>€10M to €40M</strong>, covering shuttle systems, ASRS, conveyors, and integrated robotic solutions. Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Full lifecycle project management from handover to commissioning and final acceptance</li><li>Ownership of budget, schedule, scope, risk, and change management</li><li>Coordination of multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, software, commissioning)</li><li>Senior stakeholder and customer management, including escalation handling</li><li>Close collaboration with Sales during late-stage bids and project kick-off</li><li>Regular reporting to senior management on progress, risks, and financials</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong><u>Your Background</u></strong></p><ul><li>10+ years’ experience delivering <strong>warehouse automation or intralogistics projects</strong> for a system integrator or automation provider</li><li>Proven responsibility for <strong>€10M+ projects</strong> (or multiple mid-sized projects in parallel)</li><li>Strong exposure to <strong>ASRS, shuttle systems, conveyors</strong>, and integrated automation solutions</li><li>Commercially confident, with experience managing variations, claims, and contract discussions</li><li>Fluent in <strong>German and English</strong></li><li>Willing to travel approx. <strong>30–40%</strong></li></ul><p><br/></p><p>This is not a junior or coordinator role, it is designed for a <strong>Senior Project Manager</strong> who is looking to take their next step in an organisation.</p><p><br/></p><p>📩 Apply now to take the next step in your automation career.</p> </div>
