Acting as a strategic partner, the role focuses on building long-term relationships, driving value, and supporting business growth.<br/><br/><strong>Responsibilities<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Manage and grow an existing portfolio of high-potential enterprise accounts</li><li>Identify and acquire new strategic clients</li><li>Identify growth opportunities (upsell, cross-sell)</li><li>Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, IT or purchase Directors, Finance Directors, etc.)</li><li>Understand client needs and business challenges to propose relevant solutions</li><li>Anticipate churn risks and implement retention strategies</li><li>Lead contract negotiations and manage framework agreements</li><li>Track and report on key performance indicators (revenue, margin, pipeline, conversion rates)</li><li>Contribute to overall sales targets and company growth</li><li>Work closely with internal teams (BID management, Pricing desk, Sales Support, Presales and Consulting etc.)</li><li>Contribute to the development of tailored solutions for enterprise clients</li><li>Ensure successful delivery and implementation of client projects<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Master’s degree (Business School, University, or equivalent)</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management in IT or Printing Industry or B2B sales</li><li>Proven experience managing complex sales cycles and senior stakeholders</li><li>Mother Tongue French and English: Fluent, german a Plus</li><li>Strong sales and negotiation skills</li><li>Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects independently</li><li>Proficiency with CRM tools and reporting systems</li><li>Leadership and proactivity</li><li>Customer-centric mindset</li><li>Resilience and results-driven attitude</li><li>Team player<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Contact Person<br/><br/></strong><strong>Aurelia Adamo<br/><br/></strong><em> HR Business Partner</em> </div>
