<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong><u>Role Summary</u> </strong>- We’re working with a fast-growing company operating at the forefront of the energy transition, focused on building and scaling EV charging infrastructure across Europe.</p><p>They are now looking for a commercially strong <strong>Key Account Manager</strong> to take ownership of partner relationships across Germany and drive growth through installer networks, wholesalers, and key players within the energy ecosystem.</p><p><br/></p><p>This is a highly visible role within a collaborative and ambitious sales team, offering strong autonomy and the opportunity to make a real impact in a rapidly evolving market.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong><u>(EV experience is NOT a requirement)</u></strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and grow a portfolio of partners including installers, wholesalers, and energy-related businesses</li><li>Identify and onboard new partners, building long-term, value-driven relationships</li><li>Work closely with partners to support their commercial success through training, follow-ups, and ongoing engagement</li><li>Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close agreements</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, operations) to deliver the best solutions for customers</li><li>Provide market insights, staying close to developments across EV charging, energy, and related sectors</li><li>Represent the business at industry events and partner meetings across Germany</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What we’re looking for? </strong></p><ul><li>2-5 years’ experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development</li><li>Experience working with technical or product-led solutions (EV charging, energy, electrical, or similar)</li><li>Strong relationship-building skills with a commercial mindset</li><li>Comfortable managing existing accounts while also developing new business</li><li>Able to understand customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions</li><li>Structured, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally</li><li>Fluent in German and English</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience within EV charging, energy, or adjacent sectors</li><li>Exposure to working with installers, wholesalers, or distribution channels</li><li>Understanding of the German B2B landscape</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What’s on offer?</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus</li><li>Company car / mobility package</li><li>Flexible working environment with autonomy</li><li>Opportunity to join a high-growth sector and play a key role in scaling commercial operations</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Why apply? </strong>This is an opportunity to join a business with strong momentum in the EV and energy space, where you’ll have the freedom to manage your own portfolio, build meaningful partnerships, and contribute directly to growth.</p><p><br/></p><p>If of interest, please apply and reach out to <strong>Sheraz Adil </strong>for further information and a confindential discussion.</p><p></p> </div>
