<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>Key Account Manager, Germany</strong></p><p><strong>Consumer Electronics | Retail Channel | Home-Based</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>We’re working with a fast-growing consumer electronics business that is looking to appoint a <strong>Key Account Manager for Germany</strong>.</p><p><br/></p><p>This is a brilliant opportunity to join a business representing a portfolio of exciting, high-growth brands across consumer electronics, with several already holding leading positions in their categories and plenty of opportunity still ahead.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>About the business</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>Our client is a dynamic consumer electronics distribution and sales organisation that works with a portfolio of well-known and emerging brands across the region.</p><p><br/></p><p>The business is growing quickly and now needs additional support across its German retail channel. The team is small, ambitious and highly commercial, with a culture built around autonomy, trust and accountability.</p><p><br/></p><p>You’ll have the freedom to manage your accounts in the way that works best, while still having the support of an experienced leadership team around you.</p><p><br/></p><p>This role is <strong>fully home-based</strong>, with travel across the Germany as required.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>The role</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>As Key Account Manager, you’ll manage and develop relationships with existing and new key retail customers across the DACH region. These could include retailers such as <strong>Euronics, Expert, MediaMarkt, </strong> or similar retail and eCommerce partners.</p><p><br/></p><p>You’ll take ownership of commercial performance across your accounts, including:</p><p>Account planning and customer strategy</p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Trading terms, pricing and promotional planning</li><li>Retail execution and range development</li><li>Forecasting and stock planning</li><li>Building relationships across buying, category and commercial teams (Existing and new)</li><li>Driving growth across a portfolio of 5 to 6 brands and multiple SKUs</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>The accounts are already performing well, but there is significant growth potential across several brands, making this a highly visible role with the opportunity to make a real impact.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Who we’re looking for</strong></p><p>We’re looking for someone with experience in key Retail accounts across Germany, ideally in consumer electronics, consumer hardlines, mobile accessories, gaming, technology, lifestyle products, or a similar non-food category.</p><p><br/></p><p>You’ll likely have experience working with major German retailers, distributors or eCommerce customers, and be comfortable managing multiple brands, products and commercial priorities at the same time.</p><p><br/></p><p>You’ll suit this role if you are:</p><ul><li>Commercially sharp and target-driven</li><li>Confident in managing retail relationships</li><li>Comfortable working remotely and independently</li><li>Organised, proactive and able to manage a high-volume product portfolio</li><li>Able to spot opportunities and turn them into growth</li><li>Happy working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Salary</strong></p><p>The salary is <strong>€80,000 to €85 000 PA</strong>, with a bonus scheme on top.</p> </div>
