You don’t need to know everything - but you make sure things work, scale, and stay reliable.<br/><br/>As a Junior Technical Product Owner (f/m/d), turn complexity into clarity and help us build stable, scalable software.<br/><br/><ul><li>Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for engineering teams</li><li>Collaborate closely with Data Engineers: refine requirements, define test cases, and continuously learn about architectures and data flows</li><li>Keep the bigger picture in mind: guide features from initial idea through development, rollout, and ongoing operation</li><li>Use your digital toolkit (Git, Jenkins, monitoring dashboards, etc.) to maintain visibility and control over system health</li><li>Bring structure to complexity and help move services from “working” to “reliable at scale”<br/><br/></li></ul>Your skills<br/><br/>We value the right mindset over perfect experience - bring curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to learn.<br/><br/><ul><li>Hold a degree in (Business) Informatics or a related field</li><li>Bring initial experience as a Technical Product Owner / Product Manager - or demonstrate strong technical affinity and the ambition to grow into the role</li><li>Develop a solid technical understanding: concepts like TDD, ETL, and monitoring tools (e.g. Grafana, Graylog) should not be unfamiliar</li><li>Communicate effectively in an agile environment: understand developers, speak their language, and translate problems into clear solutions</li><li>Work independently, take ownership, and focus on pragmatic solutions</li><li>Communicate clearly and honestly - and don’t shy away from asking the right questions<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Nice To Have<br/><br/></strong>Experience working with data, exposure to microservices, or familiarity with the AdTech environment — if not, we’ll help you get there.<br/><br/>Why you’ll love working with us<br/><br/><ul><li>Ownership over tickets: You’re trusted with real responsibility, not just tasks.
