Its mission is to bring the best of K-beauty to a growing and discerning customer base across Europe.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Role Description</strong></p><p>This is a full-time, on-site role for a (Junior) Supply Chain Manager, based in Stadt Hamburg. The primary responsibilities include coordinating demand planning, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring efficient procurement processes. The role also involves analyzing supply chain performance, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing supply flows to enhance operational efficiency.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Proficiency in Demand Planning and experience with aligning supply and demand effectively</li><li>Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to assess data and implement actionable solutions</li><li>Expertise in Supply Management and Inventory Management, with a focus on optimizing resources and reducing costs</li><li>Experience in Procurement, including sourcing and establishing supplier partnerships</li><li>Experience in imports, ideally from Korea</li><li>Familiarity with fiscal customs clearance is a plus.</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proficiency in supply chain software and tools is an advantage</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred</li></ul> </div>
