You're not afraid of a large unfamiliar codebase; you'll open the file and start exploring.</li><li>Fluency with AI-assisted development - Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar. You use these tools daily, and - critically - you verify their output and can tell when they're wrong. If you're not there yet but actively learning, tell us how.</li><li>Written and spoken English and German for async collaboration.<br/><br/></li></ul>Nice to have<br/><br/><ul><li>Any exposure to web frameworks - ASP.NET, Spring, Jakarta EE, Vue, React - from coursework or side projects.</li><li>A contribution to an open-source project, however small.</li><li>Basic Git workflow: branches, pull requests, resolving a merge conflict without panic.</li><li>Interest in healthcare, regulated software, or the "why" behind GxP / 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Activities<br/><br/></strong>You'll start by fixing well-scoped bugs, implementing small features, and adding test coverage in our current ASP.NET Web Forms / C# / Firebird codebase - growing into larger work as you ramp up. Expect to pair regularly with senior engineers, review your own work critically, and ask questions openly.
